The plane ran off the end of the runway, but none of the three crew members were injured.The pilots reported that after taking off from Chattanooga, they got a warning about low fluid level and a lack of pressure in one of the hydraulic systems, and they decided to return to the airport. After getting an alert about the landing gear, the pilots declared an emergency. They did a low fly-by that allowed people in the airport tower to confirm that the left landing gear was not extended. The pilots circled and landed with the crippled gear. They were able to keep the plane going straight but couldn't stop until 830 feet beyond the end of the runway, the NTSB said in a preliminary report. Pilots used a slide to get out of the plane.The NTSB said an examination showed that a hose tied to a component used to activate the landing gear was leaking hydraulic fluid.The NTSB said it is continuing to investigate the incident.。据测算，今年该县苹果产量预计超32万吨，综合产值约27亿元。 地处云贵高原西北部的鲁甸县，因日照充足、昼夜温差大，成为云南的苹果生长“黄金带”。截至目前，该县苹果种植面积达15万亩，其中12.7万亩投产，涉及果农1万余户。 “这几天我家采摘的苹果品种叫‘红露’，果肉细腻、汁多味甜，不愁销售，亩产收入过万元。”鲁甸县文屏街道砚池山村的果农张林美说，种苹果的收益远超过去种玉米，现在日子越过越甜蜜。 鲁甸县桃源乡的丁尊体也因苹果种植而致富。“刚开始仅种了10亩，因收入不错，现在已扩大到200亩。”他称，在当地政府指导下，还积极实施老果园改造，引进优质品种，构建早、中、晚熟梯次搭配的种植体系，推广矮砧密植技术，苹果优质果率不断提高，并通过电商平台销往全国各地。 鲁甸县苹果规模化种植也催生出新型经营主体——苹果专业合作社，当地一家合作社带动1000户农户种植7000余亩苹果。合作社推行统一技术、统一农资、统一标准、统一品牌、统一销售的“五统一”管理模式，让散户有效对接市场，为苹果走出大山、迈向高端市场打下坚实基础。 近年来，鲁甸县不断为苹果产业发展赋能，针对冰雹灾害，以奖代补推动防雹网建设，目前已覆盖1.7万亩，并实施病虫害防控示范2.5万亩，建成高标准示范园3200亩；累计完成老果园改造1.5万亩，引进“鲁丽”“秦脆”“瑞雪”等优品种植；全县建成4条苹果分选线，配套的冷库达4.53万立方米可存储12600吨鲜果；2025年建成集交易、仓储、物流、信息服务于一体的鲁甸县苹果交易市场，日处理苹果能力达120吨。 随着鲁甸苹果全产业链建设的加速推进，苹果正成为当地各族民众看得见、摸得着的“甜蜜果”“致富果”，不断为乡村振兴注入强劲动力。
