太行鸡。长城网·冀云客户端记者张超摄天刚破晓，石家庄平山县北冶乡土岭村后山还笼罩着一层薄雾，山林先醒了。成群的太行鸡扑棱着翅膀蹿上坡坎，在落叶与草窠间啄虫觅食。不远处，150多亩苹果采摘园顺着山势铺展，沉甸甸的果子压弯枝头。谁能想到，十几年前这座藏在山坳里的村子还守着薄田“望天收”，不少村民背井离乡外出谋生。如今，太行鸡在林下奔跑，苹果采摘园遍布山梁，一鸡一果两大产业扎根山间，村民在家门口务工、参与分红，山沟彻底换了模样。

C | ”土岭村太行鸡生态养殖基地（德禽现代生态农业园）负责人杨少聪蹲下身敲了敲钢架，语气里带着自豪，“一群鸡天天在附近溜达找食，需要定期转场，给养殖场地充足的生态恢复时间。一般一年到一年半就要挪一次窝，鸡粪肥了林子，土地也能‘喘口气’。

D | ”太行鸡是省太行山沿线地区的特色品种，生性活泼、能跑善飞，最适合林下散养。基地里，鸡群基本不喂饲料，每天在山林里自主觅食昆虫、草籽、野果，仅在食物减少时辅以少量玉米、麸皮等补饲。满山跑的鸡，肉质紧实弹牙；下的蛋，蛋黄饱满、营养丰富，成了城里人抢着买的“山货”。

E | 目前，基地共有3个专用大型鸡舍和25个生态养殖鸡舍，存栏量达12000多只。村民边吉海每天一早就到基地捡蛋、管护鸡舍。这份家门口的活计，每月能给他带来3000多元的稳定收入。“以前常年在外打工，老人孩子都顾不上。现在出门几步就到上班的地方，既能照看家里，收入也不差。”他抹了把额头的汗，笑得朴实。

石家庄市平山县北冶乡土岭村。长城网·冀云客户端记者康义涵摄“要想富就要转变思路，我们村山林广阔，是最大的资源，村里和石家庄洛杉奇食品有限公司合作，把土地流转给企业，企业负责基地建设、标准化养殖与销售，我们土岭村的太行鸡也依托成熟品牌走进城市餐桌。”石家庄市平山县北冶乡土岭村党支部书记李晓鹏跟记者算了一笔账，村集体凭土地入股，每年分红，村民还能到基地打工挣钱，日子越过越有奔头。

F | ”李晓鹏介绍，整片果园由村集体领办的合作社统一栽种、统一管理，疏果、套袋、采摘全流程吸纳村民季节性务工。每年采摘季，能吸引大批游客进山采摘观光，合作社年底还能按股分红，家家户户共享林果产业红利。谈及村庄长远规划，李晓鹏思路清晰：“下一步我们要把现有产业做深做透。继续扩大太行鸡养殖规模，提高管理水平，提升产品品质；苹果产业方面要延长产业链，计划发展苹果深加工产业，还要把我们村的‘冀土岭’苹果品牌叫响叫亮；联动太行鸡生态养殖基地与苹果采摘园，盘活农旅资源，吸引游客走进深山，让村民依托家门口的产业持续增收，日子越过越红火。
