北京时间4月21日，据篮球协会官方消息，国家女篮今日在昆明海埂基地召开高原训练动员会。本次集训将开展“万次投篮计划”——在为期4周的高原训练中，每名队员都要完成1万次的投篮任务，每天投中400次，其中100次为罚篮。

国家女篮主教练宫鲁鸣对队伍前期工作给予充分肯定，特别表扬总决赛队员按时报到、行李组转训保障及队员自律表现。宫鲁鸣强调，本次集训将统筹技战术训练与综合素质提升，同步开展思想教育、篮球基础理论及历史文化学习。他向队员解析了基础配合战术体系，要求大家在日常学习积累中践行"比、学、赶、帮、超"的团队精神，营造良性竞争氛围。同时，他要求全体队员通过书面总结的形式系统梳理巴黎奥运会及WCBA总决赛参赛心得。

宫鲁鸣提出，本次集训将开展“万次投篮计划”——在为期4周的高原训练中，每名队员都要完成1万次的投篮任务，每天投中400次，其中100次为罚篮。结合不同位置技术和实战需要，外线队员需投中200次三分球和100次两分球，内线队员需投中100次三分球和200次两分球，通过高强度、结构化的投篮训练，系统性提高投篮技术的稳定性和命中率。
